In my line of work, I have to complete the HMDA questionnaire on every application and lots of time, I stumbled at the given ethnicities on the form. This change is needed.

The Census Bureau says people who mark "White" for their race will be asked to write in their origins in countries such as Ireland. Some white people say they're not sure how to answer that question.

Among all Christmas Carols, I like "Carol of the Bells" best because of its melody and complexity of the harmony; esp it was performed by the US armed forces in this video clip. Admiring these men and women, they are out there serving our country and also entertaining us.

So next time when you ough to make financial choices, try to think if you should be rational, looking at things on a big picture or think you should be outsmart by saving a penny here and there, or by cutting a fraction of a mortgage rate for example.
This Nobel prize in Economics 2017 down to the right person. Congratulations, Prof. Richard Thaler.

So, not so much of a disaster for the U.S stock market on the "Super Thursday" because it was like nothing happening. 1.The former FBI director James Comey's testimony to Senate Intelligence Committee concluded without any significant revelations. 2. ECB (European Central Bank) did not cut the interest rates and will probably not do so for the remaining of the year 3. UK's election is still going on... What the volatility-seeking traders got was all the same, lol.
However, one of the 3 mentioned above did have an impact on mortgage rates which is ECB's unchanged interest rate. That led to the decline of U.S government bonds prices, yield was going to the opposite direction, of course. I anticipate that the mortgage rates are slightly going up tomorrow.

While anxiously waiting for tomorrow, I'd like to share with you an article about buying a Foreclosure or Short Sales dos and don'ts that many of my pre-approval clients have asked me. Greetings. Tuesday's stock market was advanced as I had anticipated. T-bond yield closed @ 2.285%. Wednesday opened with much anxiety over the Fed's rate hike meeting coming up in June. Defense stocks continue to do well. 10 yrs T-bond was shorter than yesterday by -.002% . The mixed match market performance at closing today gave me the expectation that Mortgage rates could be unchanged tomorrow or slightly higher depending upon how it will perform before the bell tomorrow. I'll update if I'm up early :-)
