I don’t post every closing… but today was special. 💫
One of the greatest joys of what I do is helping people achieve their dreams — and today, I had the honor of helping my sister-in-law and brother-in-law close on their dream home. 🏡✨
Just three weeks ago, they found the one… before their current home was even on the market. I connected them with one of the amazing real estate agents I work with, and that’s when the magic happened.
That agent already had a buyer who was looking — and guess what? Mady and Steve’s home checked all the boxes. ✅
We opened escrow on both the sale and the purchase simultaneously, with just 21 days to get it all done… and today, 20 days later, they’re officially homeowners of their dream house. 🙌
This one was extra meaningful. I got to be their loan officer, their therapist (there were some hard days), and their friend through every step of the process.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Cindy De Mint the founder of Brothers on a Quest. As an Ambassor for the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce I had the privilege of presenting their renewal plaque and thank them for their continued support of the Chamber for the last 6 years. For those of you who don’t know Cindy or her family story, you need to hear it. Three of Cindy’s 4 children were diagnosed with a rare neurological disease known as Ataxia with Oculomotor Apraxia Type 2. Life is never the same after receiving this diagnosis but it was Cindy’s mission to raise awareness and fundraise to further UCLA research to find a cure.
