They stayed several steps ahead, took initiative, and kept everyone informed. We even received the Clear to Close well in advance of settlement, giving us plenty of time to review and discuss the closing disclosure instead of receiving it at the last minute, as sometimes happens with other lenders.
They handled numerous phone calls with patience and always provided clear, detailed explanations. Very professional, proactive, and reliable. Highly recommended.
