Colleen will host a one hour yoga session you can do from home. This class is appropriate for all skill levels. If you have it, please have a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water available. We wanted to take a moment for a community outreach announcement concerning our friends at Best Friends Fur Ever Dog Daycare and Overnight Resort. Best Friends Furever has 2 locations - Cockeysville and Joppa. It offers Daycare, Boarding Training and Grooming. Our pups love it! The Daycare is like going off to camp for a pup where they have plenty of room to run and play with other dogs under the watchful eyes of trained, caring professionals.

We hope each of you are staying safe and doing well during these unprecedented times! Although we have not worked under the same roof during the Quarantine, we have not missed a beat! It has been business as usual from an operational standpoint and conducted as always with "Integrity Above All Else". The silver lining is that we have tried new things.

With Matt as Moderator (and technical expert) and Sheila, Joss, and Kathi as researchers and fact-checkers, we presented our first Webinar, "Your Finances during Covid 19" with information we felt you would find helpful during these challenging times.
