KEY EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma & at least 1-2 years of experience working in an office
environment.

projects.

• Reliable, goal oriented & a friendly phone voice.
REQUISITE RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Access Debt Collector is responsible for knowing all Federal and State laws
governing our business after completing an extensive training program. On a
daily basis you will contact hundreds of delinquent customers by phone to inform
them of their responsibility, work through any valid disputes, notate accounts
properly and obtain payment in full or an acceptable payment plan that will
resolve the account.
• Meet and Exceed monthly goals and key metrics.
• Follow scripts and handle objections in a clear and confident manner while
abiding by laws.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in our collection system.
• Seek ways to constantly improve, absorb and apply coaching from team leaders
and supervisors.
• Have a highly positive impact on our culture and team - work well others, share
learnings, build trust and lead by example.
