Since the days before smart phones and social media, Access Receivables has been a company dedicated to providing better “access” to its clients and customers. We believed in 1999 that the “Internet” was going to be a “thing” and we developed approaches and technologies to utilize more technology in what we do. There have been many firsts over the years. The secure debtor payment site in 2000. the first customer service web portal; the first patented virtual collector; the first credit education site sponsored by a debt collection company; the first AI driven chat bot and most recently the first truly interactive voice automated bot for handling all aspects of a customers needs.
