My mortgage guy, Greg Salisbury, does FREE refinances when rates drop or you want to lower or remove your mortgage insurance, and he’ll even do it if you haven’t worked with him in the past.

The old statement of “only refinance when you can drop a full 1% off your rate” is wrong. That only makes sense if YOU are paying the closing costs. When he makes the bank pay them, even a 0.25% dip is worth it.
