Tracy McKenica Besenyodi: Allstate Insurance I’ve lived in Northeast Ohio most of my life, and it’s truly home. Community has always been at the center of my work. Most of all, I love working with people.

I studied at Ohio University in Athens and later at the University of Phoenix’s Cleveland campus, and now our two office locations sit right in the heart of Summit County. My family and I love being close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Cleveland’s Playhouse Square—there’s always something beautiful or inspiring to enjoy, and we try to take full advantage of everything this area has to offer. I started my insurance career in 2002 working for my dad, Robert McKenica—a Hall of Fame Allstate agent who spent 43 years taking care of local families. He retired in 2016 and passed away in 2022, and I’m incredibly proud to carry on what he built. Continuing our family’s legacy of honesty, kindness, and genuine relationships means a lot to me. I’ve been part of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce for more than 15 years, and I love supporting local causes—especially those that help sick or homeless pets. I’m a proud Sato rescue dog owner, a member of the Sugar Plum Tour of Holiday Homes committee, and an ongoing supporter of the Humane Society of Summit County. Outside the office, I’m a big Formula One fan and love traveling, concerts, interior design, photography, and making handmade cards. Anything creative or adventurous tends to pull me in. Treating others with courtesy, honesty, and genuine care is the only way I believe business should be done. Whether you need auto, home, or life insurance, my team and I are here to help—and I truly look forward to getting to know you. Please feel free to call or stop by our Hudson or Fairlawn office anytime.

You were scanning for cars but didn’t spot the motorcycle. Motorcycles are smaller and easier to miss, so remember to watch for 4 wheels and 2 wheels on the road.

Honestly, this post isn’t about what to do next... It’s about what to do *before* it happens.

This is what community looks like. We're proud of the Allstaters in Dallas-Fort Worth for showing up in a major way for Genesis Women's Shelter & Support. They packed hundreds of toiletry bags and hosted a food drive to help support women in need on their healing journey.

Our employees' passions become ours. This is why each Allstate employee gets PTO to volunteer their time to causes they care about.
