He was my first martial arts instructor. He was a warrior. He taught me “kill tactics” when I was 11 years old.

His fingernails were like razor sharp weapons. When I saw this picture of this man it reminded me of Him.

The National Fllod Insurance Program (NFIP) is a federal program in the United States that provides insurance to property owners, renters and businesses in flood-prone areas.
