Another great week at ICSC Las Vegas for the Fifth Corner team!

From early morning meetings to packed days connecting with operators, brokers, and industry partners from across the country, this year’s conference was full of exciting momentum.

We had the opportunity to meet with a number of brands we greatly admire and are excited about the possibility of welcoming several of them to our projects in the year ahead.

Grateful for the relationships, conversations, and continued collaboration that make this industry such a special one.

It is where Fifth Corner’s Stewart Center stands today, rooted in a neighborhood that has always known exactly what it is.

Since welcoming Club Studio earlier this year, The Mix @ Midtown has taken on a new level of energy!

The project continues to build momentum, with consistent activity and a steady flow of people throughout the day.

The response has been strong, and the surrounding community has clearly embraced it. It is a reflection of what happens when the right concept meets the right location.

Tourists, locals, diners, and residents all share the same stretch of one of the most visited destinations in the country, creating a steady rhythm of activity throughout the day. More than 11.5 million people walk the River Walk each year, reinforcing a level of visibility that is simply built into the location!

Booth Creek Wagyu is now open at Park Village!

Our team was glad to be in Southlake for their grand opening and to officially welcome them to the project.

They are already seeing strong early traction, which is always encouraging. Looking forward to their continued success here.

We're celebrating 75 years of Sunset Ridge Shopping Center!

Since 1951, this corner has been an irreplaceable part of Alamo Heights and has been woven into the lives of generations of neighbors.

We may be newer to its story, but alongside Headwall Investments we're deeply invested in honoring what it has always been and building toward what it will become.

Here's to 75 years, and to the chapters still ahead.
