Houston Athletes: Your Body Might Need This 👀💪

🥋🏋️ Between jiu-jitsu and lifting, I put my body through a lot and lately my shoulder has been reminding me of it. 😂

I stopped by Route 2 Recovery here in Houston to get some work done with Dr. Jenny Chavez.

We did therapeutic massage, scraping, cupping and stretching, but what stood out to me was the one-on-one approach. The goal isn’t just working on where it hurts, it’s figuring out what’s going on and helping you get back to the activities you actually enjoy.

For me, that means getting this shoulder right so I can keep lifting and training BJJ. 🤘
