Happy 1st Work Anniversary, Alyson!
Today we celebrate one incredible year of Alyson at Rockwater Private Client! 🎉

While it may only have been one year with Rockwater, Alyson certainly didn’t approach it like a newcomer. She jumped right in, bringing with her years of experience, strong relationships, and a wealth of knowledge that has already made a tremendous impact on our Personal Lines Insurance Division.

Her experience and relationships are opening new doors and creating opportunities for our existing clients, while also expanding our reach and helping us connect with new clients. She has brought a fresh energy and a level of confidence that has made an immediate difference.

Alyson jumped on that horse, grabbed the reins, and took off running! 🐎 And she’s been doing it with her take-charge attitude, relentless ambition, and, of course, her absolutely hilarious spirit along the way. 😂

Happy 1st Work Anniversary!
Congratulations on an incredible first year in the commercial insurance industry!

What makes this milestone especially impressive is that you came into the business with no prior insurance experience, yet through dedicated persistence, a desire to learn, and a commitment to holding yourself accountable, you’ve accomplished something that many producers take years to achieve.

In just one year, you’ve earned a seat at the table, consulting with business owners and decision-makers on their insurance strategies, helping them think beyond simply buying a policy and becoming a trusted resource in their overall risk management strategy. That privilege isn’t given. It’s earned.

Congratulations!

🔥 July Top 15k Steps Challenge Champion! 🔥

Talk about setting the pace! 👟💥 Huge congratulations to Alyson, our July Top Steps Challenge Winner, who crushed the very first month of the challenge with an incredible nearly 400,000 steps in just 31 days! 🤯🙌

As the Manager of Rockwater Private Client's Personal Lines Division, Alyson already knows how to go the extra mile. Add to that being the busy mom of two boys under the age of five, and it's easy to see that determination is just part of who she is.

Whether she's chasing step goals, chasing her two toddler boys, or delivering exceptional service to our clients, Alyson brings energy, commitment, and grit to everything she does. She sets ambitious goals—and then goes out and achieves them!

We're lucky to have Alyson on our team, and we're cheering her on as the challenge continues. Congratulations on an amazing first month! 🎉👏 Keep those steps coming!

Our sister company, Rockwater Insurance Group, kicked off the start of this month with a "15k Steps/Day" Challenge. Many of us put exercise on the back burner: "There is not enough time" or "I'm too tired" when we do find the time.

To squeeze in what we fitness can, and to promote companywide Health and Wellness, Private Client joined on to a "Stepp-off" with Rockwater Ins. During July (and possibly the rest of the year) the Private Client and Rockwater teams will be tracking each of our daily step count through various apps, The goal is to average 15k steps per day.

It is so important to carve out time for self-care and wellness, beyond fitness. Healthy minds and healthy bodies is good for business. It is less expensive for everyone, employees and employers alike, to prevent the high cost of missed or low productivity days at work due to illness, or the high cost of prescriptions.

If you would like a quote for your Employee Benefits program, or simply curious about tips and resources on how to promote wellness in your office, give Rockwater Ins. a call and ask for Haleigh Davis, Employee Benefits Producer and Account Manager.

Tag us or comment to let us know about your progress on your current fitness journey!
