🔥 July Top 15k Steps Challenge Champion! 🔥

Talk about setting the pace! 👟💥 Huge congratulations to Alyson, our July Top Steps Challenge Winner, who crushed the very first month of the challenge with an incredible nearly 400,000 steps in just 31 days! 🤯🙌

As the Manager of Rockwater Private Client's Personal Lines Division, Alyson already knows how to go the extra mile. Add to that being the busy mom of two boys under the age of five, and it's easy to see that determination is just part of who she is.

Whether she's chasing step goals, chasing her two toddler boys, or delivering exceptional service to our clients, Alyson brings energy, commitment, and grit to everything she does. She sets ambitious goals—and then goes out and achieves them!

WEEK 1 of the 15K Step-off Results:

Rockwater Ins. leader and owner, Andrew, is leading the pack with 63,493 steps in the first week of our "Rockwater 15k Steps" Challenge. This averages to 9,070.42 steps per day. Andrew, your daily habits and exercise regimen are achieving over 50% of your daily steps goal!

Way to go, and great job to the rest of the team on everyone's commitment and creativity to achieving our goals!

Our sister company, Rockwater Insurance Group, kicked off the start of this month with a "15k Steps/Day" Challenge. Many of us put exercise on the back burner: "There is not enough time" or "I'm too tired" when we do find the time.

To squeeze in what we fitness can, and to promote companywide Health and Wellness, Private Client joined on to a "Stepp-off" with Rockwater Ins. During July (and possibly the rest of the year) the Private Client and Rockwater teams will be tracking each of our daily step count through various apps, The goal is to average 15k steps per day.

It is so important to carve out time for self-care and wellness, beyond fitness. Healthy minds and healthy bodies is good for business. It is less expensive for everyone, employees and employers alike, to prevent the high cost of missed or low productivity days at work due to illness, or the high cost of prescriptions.
