Serving in Houston as a teacher has been one of my greatest honors. I became a teacher because I wanted to wake up every day knowing that my work mattered -- I wanted to be an example to my students and their families while having the opportunity to both learn and teach. Although my job title is different, education remains at the forefront of how I serve. Serving as a Financial Advisor offers me

the opportunity to continue to be a teacher and a counselor; I know my work matters to my clients and their families. In my work as a Financial Advisor, one group I focus on serving is Texas educators. I, myself, am a member of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). As an educator of 7 years, I can attest to the fact that I didn't know much about the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Educators are some of the most hard-working, selfless individuals I know -- I am honored to have the opportunity to serve you. Although this is an area of focus, my door is open to all who are ready to take control of their futures. I stand on the shoulders of giants. My pursuit of excellence is a reflection of those who've come before me and encouraged me in my endeavors. I take an immense amount in pride in working with others in finding their path to success. People come to us for many reasons, whether to plan for a comfortable financial future, prepare for retirement or achieve specific long-term goals. We also specialize in 403(b) and 457(b) retirement planning for the educator community.

Once a teacher, always a teacher.

Serving as a Financial Advisor offers me the opportunity to continue to be a teacher and a counselor; I know my work matters to my clients and their families.

In my work as a Financial Advisor, one group I focus on serving is Texas educators. I, myself, am a member of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). As an educator of 7 years, I can attest to the fact that I didn't know much about the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. And honestly, there is more I wish I would have known. Although this is an area of focus, my door is open to all who are ready to take control of their future.

When I served as a teacher, I wanted to prove (to myself first and foremost) that I could live a rich life on an educator’s salary. If done right, I could travel regularly, save for major purchases and plan for my future. With some discipline and commitment, it is possible; I stand ready to be your teacher and counselor in this process. Educators are some of the most hard-working, selfless individuals I know -- I am honored to have the opportunity to serve you.
