While it breaks my heart, I have been forced to terminate the phone number I have had for Financial Destiny, Inc since 1996. Seems no one really has control. I have had Comcast business for 12 years & when I switched to them, they said they could not use that number, but they would instead assign a new number & assign my old number to it. Now that they have more than doubled my bill, I have cancelled Comcast & the new company & myself have had 2 weeks of run around. Comcast says it is Lumen. Lumen says it is AT&T, AT&T says it is Lumen. Both the receiving company & I have spent a combined 30+ hours trying to figure it out & to no avail. What a messed-up system. My lesson in this is if a company cannot keep my number, they do not get my business!
