Recently, a member received a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code that they did NOT initiate. They called us immediately, helping to stop fraudulent access to their accounts. ⚠️📲

Protecting your account starts with staying alert. Take notice of any suspicious communications, and report them immediately. Don’t share a code you didn’t request with anyone, even the Members Trust team. We will not ask you to share a verification code with us over the phone to access your account.
