One thing for sure we all have to leave here some someday. You will leave one of two things behind. Either you'll leave a burden or a blessing which one will it be?

This is the face I make when I scroll down timelines and people talking about stocks and investments and have no clue. 🤦🏽‍♂️and don’t have life insurance and emergency fund for the uncertain times like this.

1. Financial Education is a MUST TODAY
2. Create a plan along with a budget
3.Make sure you are properly protected outside of the workplace.
4. Control your debt as much as possible.
A lot of people will create more debt during these times maxing out credit
5. Emergency Funds are needed more than ever right now. 3-6 months is suggested
6. Now if you have all of the other things in place let’s talk about investing in stocks.
7. Only invest what you can afford to lose. It’s like the casino 🎰 you win some and some you lose.

“Past performances DO NOT equal future results.” Try to avoid market risk like what people are experiencing today, especially if you DO NOT have time to recover.

Today is !

Creating a budget is a basic financial practice to help you track your spending and savings. You can start by creating a budget with these three steps:

1. Track your expenses for the next 30 days
2. Categorize your expenses (i.e. basic needs and discretionary spending)
3. Create a budget and compare your income and expenses.

All in all, after you create your budget, ask yourselves these two questions: Where can I save more and where can I spend less? Comment down below if you have a budget in place!
