Cox’s nephew, Chris Casto, who has been a part of the team since

Cox has been a full member of the Professional Bondsman of Texas organization since 1995, and from 2005-2009 he served as a Parliamentarian on the Harris County Bail Bond Association. In 2008 Mr. Cox won a victorious battle for the bail bond industry in the “Cox vs. State of Texas” case where he amended the law in which the county stops calculating interest on a forfeited bail bond after the defendant gets rearrested.
