An Agent of Record (AOR) change involves a policyholder designating a new insurance agent to represent them, typically for health insurance. This change requires a formal process, including a signed Agent of Record (AOR) letter, to notify the insurance company and the previous agent. The new AOR takes over tasks like policy management, renewals, and claim submissions. In summary, if you’re not satisfied with the service and attention you’re getting for your current agent a simple two sentence agent of record letter can establish a new agent. I started my career in 1983 in financial planning with my father. As part of our fact finding process, I saw that the cost of providing employee benefits that were affordable and attractive as an opportunity . In 1990 I split off from my father and formed Healthcare Consultants, which would design ,implement and manage company employee benefit programs such as group health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance. Eventually, both my sons joined the business and we grew to 22 employees and managed over 550 Houston area companies. Fast forward to September 2019, we sold the company to AssuredPartners. Once the company was sold, I struggled with what is my purpose now? I enjoyed building a company and I love working with small groups. I resigned from AssuredPartners recently and will be starting all over with the same passion and drive. I look forward to working with you and your company!

Right now, I find it very difficult to work, knowing how war has broken out in Israel and how it is perceived on our media and posts that I read and various social events. Watching the protest throughout the world against Israel including right here in the USA praising Hamas , deeply concerns me. Did the world not see how Hamas crossed the border and slaughtered innocent teenagers women children the elderly, who were actually in the holocaust, does the world not understand that these were just peaceloving individuals, now the world is going to condemn Israel for standing up for itself ! It makes me sick. It makes me sad that our God put monsters on this world to inflict pain and terror. I think we’re closer to World War III then we know.
Now more than ever, our leaders need to be leaders. When you watch the news and politicians, they say “no comment” about the situation that’s as good as saying they agree with Hamas. Remember they’re coming after the Jews now tomorrow they’ll come after you if we don’t stop it now.
