Some files have a lot going on. Lots of moving pieces, constant follow-up, problem-solving, and staying on top of things to keep everyone moving toward the closing table.

Yesterday, we were on the other side of the transaction. We sold the home we’ve lived in for the last 4 years, a home filled with memories of life changes, pregnancy announcements, finding out about a cancer diagnosis, children laughing and playing, family parties, and so much love. Out of the 3 homes we’ve lived in, this one was our favorite.

We will miss this home so much, but we’re looking forward to a new one that we’ll fill with just as many memories… if not more. ❤️🏡

This season was such a good reminder of what a home truly means to people, and why finding the right one matters so much. It’s never just a house.
