We’re thrilled to share a heartfelt success story to close out 2024! On Friday, December 27th, we finalized the loan for a retired veteran who transitioned from Divvy’s lease-to-own program into proud homeownership.

Here’s how it unfolded:
🔹 The journey began in April 2024.
🔹 In May 2024, the appraisal came in, but the seller, Divvy, initially wouldn’t lower the price to match the appraised value.
🔹 With prayers and consultations with attorneys, we sought solutions to keep the dream alive.
🔹 By October, Divvy reached out to agree to the appraised value, opening the door to homeownership.
🔹 Now, as we close out the year, our client and their family are starting 2025 as homeowners in the very home they’ve been leasing for two years!
