We're proud to share that DRB Group has selected Alta Home Lending as its mortgage joint venture partner in the West.

DRB Home Loans will serve DRB Homes buyers in Texas, Colorado and Arizona.

Builder lending is its own discipline. It takes a team that understands each builder's business as well as they do, and delivers for them and their buyers. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's what DRB and its homebuyers can count on.

Growth doesn’t always look like meetings and milestones. Sometimes it looks like moving desks, hauling boxes, and running on way too much caffeine. This office move has been a lot of work, but it’s also been a reminder of what makes this team special. Everyone jumped in, helped wherever needed (with the occasional sherbet break), and kept things moving!
