Houston Leadership Academy
Bridging the Gap Between New & Seasoned Credit Union Leaders.

The Cornerstone Leadership Academy was designed by credit union professionals for credit union professionals. With a clear focus on building leaders within our credit unions the Academy allows for growth through engagement. The objective is to promote the overall industry, tie leaders closer to the credit union movement, and provide an avenue to receive mentoring and discuss leadership philosophy.

More about our speaker:
Bruce has been actively involved in the financial markets for more than 25 years. He directs Catalyst Corporate's asset/liability management, lending, and portfolio management functions, and is responsible for the development of all balance sheet management and derivative strategies and services. He also is responsible for directing certain corporate-wide projects and initiatives.
Bruce is the operating principal for CUSOURCE, LLC, d/b/a Catalyst Strategic Solutions (a corporate CUSO wholly-owned by Catalyst Corporate), which provides investment advisory services and asset/liability management reporting and consulting services to credit unions. Additionally, he serves as chairman of the board of CU Investment Solutions, LLC, a registered broker/dealer, and previously served on the board of CU Business Group LLC.
Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate, Bruce was an investment portfolio manager for Members Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas. He also worked in various capacities with two regional brokerage firms. Bruce received a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in finance, both from Texas A&M University at Commerce. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, and 65 licenses. He is a member of Catalyst Corporate's ALCO and is the chairman of the corporate's Member Loan Committee.
