• BCI provides a dedicated Account Manager to answer benefit questions and handle claims issues or administrative changes for employees and dependents, such as new hire adds, terminations, or plan changes.
• BCI’s Account Management Team manage the entire renewal process and conduct a full analysis of the renewal each year, starting 90 days prior to your renewal date, to ensure that the best possible rates are presented.
• We conduct enrollment meetings as needed at renewal and for new employees.
• We provide HR support and guidance as needed from our Director of HR Services.
• We guide our clients through compliance requirements and issues as required by State and Federal law; this is supported by our in-house Compliance Manager and our retained ERISA attorney.
• BCI can also assist in reviewing different technology solutions, such as Benefits Administration tools and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to help streamline communication between employees and employer.
