Karina Rodriguez is a proud native Houstonian with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a dedicated Farmers Insurance agency owner, she is passionate about helping clients find coverage solutions that align with their lifestyles while providing lasting peace of mind.

In addition to also owning and operating her own agency, Karina has played a vital leadership role as a District Trainer and Office Manager, where she has supported and mentored more than 50 agents, helping them grow and succeed in their careers. As one of the founders, Karina's role as Head of City Centre Insurance Agency, LLC is managing the carrier relationships as our Agency Principal.

Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband of 24 years stay actively involved in their children’s lives—from cheering on their daughter in travel softball to supporting their energetic son in football. Their oldest proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard.
