We had a CTC in 3 days…
-Submitted the loan, order appraisal and sent out the CD at the same time.
-had same day approval and appraisal done.
- appraisal report was received the next day and the 2 two conditions on the loan.
- next day we had CTC!

This is unusual but we can do it! My average from submission to CTC is 7days, this shows all the work I do before submitting a good file!
