One thing we’ve realized as Rapid Diligence has grown:
Generic software starts breaking once your internal processes become too custom.
For years, we managed our deals through general project management tools, and honestly, they worked well for a long time.
But eventually we found ourselves spending more time building workarounds around the software than improving the actual diligence process.
So over the past few months, we built the Live Deal Tracker, our own internal operating system for managing due diligence engagements.
Every upload, checklist update, onboarding event, workflow progression, and major deal activity now gets centralized into a single operational timeline for our team.
Not because we’re trying to build some flashy SaaS product, but because operational consistency matters to us. A lot.
