Roche got asked what actually matters in this business and she didn't reach for anything fancy.

It's a C word. Consistency.

Show up in October. Disappear in November. That's the pattern, and clients feel it.

Meanwhile the pharmacy denies a refill in March and there's nobody answering. The bill looks wrong in June and there's nobody answering. That's when someone decides whether they'll keep you.

So we tell our agents the same thing every time. Answer your phone in the off season. It's not glamorous and it's most of the job.
