This was a noteworthy moment for the team and I 🏆. We received in a contract where the client had been messed around by another bank, and we got the file from contract to ‘clear to close’ in just three days, and with a full appraisal!
For non-real estate people, the standard loan process takes 25-30 days. This shows how far we have come in our team performance and processes, I’m super proud of the team.
