While most asset classes are showing cracks, medical office in Texas is sitting at 92.7% occupancy nationally.

Houston just ranked #1 in the country for medical office construction & Cap rates are holding at 5.8%.

This one is specifically relevant if you are a physician looking to own your own space, a CRE investor watching where capital is moving, or a landlord trying to understand what tenants are actually showing up right now.

Texas medical real estate is not a Trend.
