When searching for CSR's we wish we could list every single detail an agency NEEDS in a person filing such a crucial position. When it comes to my agency, attitude is non negotiable. Our candidate must be polite and courteous in Spanish and English lol!! Punctual and responsible above all.
some of the duties include but are not limited to selling and retaining customers, your ability to cross sell will come in handy if you wish to grow with the agency. Must be able to comprehend each carrier and their needs to successfully tend to customers in office, email, phone or text. Marketing for the agency is a plus but not a must.
