People rarely regret buying a home.

I’ve watched buyers sit on the sidelines for six months… a year… sometimes longer — not because they couldn’t buy, but because they were waiting for certainty.

The market to “tell them” what to do.

And eventually, when they came back, the regret wasn’t:
“We should have bought sooner.”

It was:
“We didn’t realize waiting was a decision.”
