This event was designed to support our 2026 Visionary Of The Year Campaign for Blood Cancer United and acknowledge the support we've enjoyed this year.

Each donation empowers individuals battling leukemia or lymphoma to fight the disease more effectively.

Funds raised will support blood cancer research, patient care, and educational programs.

I had the opportunity volunteer for HISD's Worthing participants in G Unity's Business Lab competition this week.

I was called in to give my input on their proforma financials and to share my experiences as a combo entrepreneur/marketing/financial services professional.

This program is for students that are carefully selected and screened to participate in the "The Lab".. Once selected, the participants are taught the skills in entrepreneurship, reading business financials, strategic thinking, and team work.

The highest judged business plan from this current class of Worthing students will move on to compete locallly at the next level of competition in "The Hustle Tank" which will be held next week in the NRG complex.

Some of the companies that have previously partnered withThe G Unity Foundation
are JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Exotic Pop, She's Happy Hair and others.

Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to volunteer with my crew alongside HPD's Environmental Investigation Squad, YPAC, and Clean The Block Houston in Sunnyside, Texas.

Our mission focused on cleaning up areas where trash was illegally dumped in residential neighborhoods. In our case, the debris was just yards away from the homes of local homeowners.
