Today I stopped by to see my client new project called Jesselton Garden that’s currently under construction.

This project consists of 5 units that are 3 Bed/3 Bath Townhomes and priced at under $400k! They’re located just minutes from downtown and on schedule to be completed in mid October.

As the preferred lender for these townhomes, our clients will get special incentives.

Wow!! Quarter 2 numbers are officially out and man what a great last 3 months it’s been!

7.9 Million in funded in Q2, with a super strong 3.1 Million funded in just June 💪🏼

So far in 2022 I’ve helped 46 Families buy their for a total of 16.7 Million in Loans Funded.

Are higher than they were last year? Absolutely! The days of those historical low rates are long gone. So does this mean that we don’t buy anymore ? No, of course not lol!

For some people it’s definitely still a great time to buy, for others they may need to wait a bit. Every situation is different and sometimes you just need a good advisor to help guide you to what’s best for you and your family… and I just might know THE guy 😉

Flash back to our awesome 2021 Xmas Holiday Party from last month. This is the group pic that we took of our current crew (well about 80% of our crew who attended that night). Go ahead and zoom in. Those are the faces of a team who always has each other’s backs, who works extremely hard, who really cares about their clients and their referral partners, and while all at the same time has a blast doing it.

Now Swipe Right. That’s Circa 2019. Our first Xmas Holiday Party. Matador Lending was just 4 months old. Less than 10 employees. Less than 3 months before Covid shut down the country, causing 1 out of every 10 ppl be out of a job. We had no idea here that we were soon about to get rocked. During this time is when we discovered who we really were and why we do what we do. 80 hour work weeks grinding it out, working together remotely as one team. We 3x that year in 2020. Everyone had a record breaking year! We didn’t stop there. Nope. We actually doubled up in 2021. Another record breaking year, and not just for the company but for everyone individually as well.

Now Swipe Back Left. This is the Matador Lending family that you see today. Guess what? We’re even more hungrier in 2022. We’re just getting started.
