Why are BROKERS better?

I’m not tied to just 1 bank or one set of rule. I work for my clients, not the lender. My job is to find the best loan, the best structure, and the best path to get you to the closing table. Having access to 50+ banks and real relationships with bank execs helps get my loans to the finish line when others can’t.

I take every file personally because I know this isn’t just a loan, it’s someone’s home, family, and future. My clients have direct access to me 7 days a week because communication, trust, and fighting for the deal matter.

The worst phone call in real estate?
“Your loan can’t close.”

Most of the time it could’ve been avoided with better upfront underwriting and communication.

I prepare every pre approval by underwriting the loan myself with upfront paperwork and a precise backup plan.
