ZYHT Oil just launched its second project- Transpacific (“TP”), whose assets mainly locate in Wharton, Goliad and Starr Counties, with totally 7,600 acres of land, 48 producing oil wells and 1 non-producing oil well.
In partnership with KEM Energy Company, who has rich experiences in oil field operating and asset management, this project will embrace more exciting opportunities and development.

American ZYHT Oil was founded August 2018 in Houston, Texas - leading U.S. producer of both crude oil and natural gas.
Texas is the largest energy-producing state and the largest energy-consuming state in the nation. The industrial sector, including its refineries and petrochemical plants, accounts for half of the energy consumed in the state.

PNP Operating Company is our oilfield service provider. One cable rig erected in 1920s still stands in the oil field currently owned by American ZYHT Oil Company, in Rocksprings, Texas. It is this wooden oil rig that made the Texas oil boom possible.

China is making steady progress in its shale gas activity under a government-led push to displace coal-burning power plants with those fueled by natural gas, but it has a long way to go to reach a full-fledged boom. Among the barriers to the shale sector’s growth in China are limited water resources, a mountainous terrain, and the population density of potential development areas.

Texas has a rich history when it comes to the gas and oil industry.

As early as 1543, Luis de Moscoso, a survivor of the DeSoto expedition, recorded the first sighting of oil in Texas. The explorers observed oil floating on the surface of the water. From the first economically significant discovery of oil in 1894 in Navarro County to over 180 thousand oil wells and over 91 thousand gas wells today, Texas has become a major player in the industry.

The ancient, hydrocarbon-rich seabed that spans West Texas and southeastern New Mexico has given Texas an escalating domestic energy production and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

The picture shows the Lucas gusher at Spindletop, January 10, 1901. This was the first major gusher of the Texas Oil Boom.
