Jeff has lived and worked in the Houston market for over 25 years, transitioning into the mortgage banking industry from advertising in 2007. He was attracted to this business in part by the one-on-one interaction he is able to have with clients; helping them to strengthen their businesses and financial lives.

As the principal of the team, Jeff brings extensive leadership experience to his group of mortgage executives. With over 17 years of experience hiring, training, and developing sales and marketing professionals within the advertising industry, he has developed an amazing aptitude for motivating and leading the team.
