MARKET UPDATE

Let’s be honest I think we are all starting to feel inflation. Gas prices, cost of good, etc. With that being said, interest rates have also been on the rise.

Does that mean wait to buy? Not at all!

If you’ve never heard the saying, date the rate marry the house well I’m here to share what exactly that means. Inflation won’t continue forever. Most economist predict that it will come down by 2024.

So….. hold on while you can 🤣 Rates should also come down too! When they do and it makes sense for you to refinance, you can!! There are typically no pre-payment penalties to refinance either. The benefit is that you’ve secured your real estate (no bidding wars) and by then, you should have lots of equity. Refinance, lower your rate, lower your monthly payment, and improve your financial terms.

And remember, rent is still at 100% interest 💰💰
