CAPITAIN D’S SEAFOOD IN ALVIN TEXAS
I just went to Captain D’s all the way in Alvin TX from Pearland. We ordered 2 -3 pieces of battered Fish dinners thru the drive thru.
Got home and this is what we opened the trays to find Over cooked something. Not sure what it is. Smells like fish, taste horrible, over cooked and has the texture of chicken. Called back to the store and was told that Capitains D’s Corporate Office is sending this new fish to the stores. They did not inform us when we placed the order that the fish was going to be a different fish from what is advertised or what is normally served. When we told them this was terrible whatever it is. They offered no refund or solution. When I asked why we were not informed if the change. The person got quiet and did not answer. She simply hung up. I called the store manager and he was irrate and very rude. I tried to explain and he said he did not care and I needed to come back in a week or two and the Norman’s fish would be back. I asked if he would issue a refund or issue us free meals. He said he was not going to do anything because he had to pay $100.00 a box for the fish to Corporate. If I did not like his answer. I should not come back again.
Well I did not like answer and I will never go back again. Apparently, he is not familiar with how popular the internet is. If you have experienced the same issue with Capital D’s in Alvin Tx. It is high time as consumers we show them that it does not profit to treat customers with such disdain and disregard. Let Captain D’s in Alvin TX see what it feels like to not have a Single Customer walk through their doors for Two Weeks. They need to be taught not to defraud customers by not disclosing that they are no longer serving the same fish and then get mad because a customer is not satisfied with what they served.
The balls of this manager to tell me not to come back if I am not satisfied and then hung the phone up in my face.
