Ever gotten a piece of mail from Medicare that made your head spin? 😅 You're not alone!
That document is called an Explanation of Benefits — or EOB — and while it looks complicated, it's actually packed with useful information.

Here's a quick guide to what it all means:
📄 "Billed Amount" — What your doctor charged for the service.

✅ "Medicare Approved Amount" — What Medicare agreed to pay (usually lower).

💙 "What Medicare Paid" — Medicare's share of the bill.

💰 "Your Responsibility" — What you may owe out of pocket.

Remember: an EOB is not a bill! You don't need to pay anything when you receive it. It's simply a record of what happened with your claim.
