The Work:

Cold call top producing financial advisors using our Salesforce CRM
Sell value proposition of client firms and set recruiting appointments for local hiring managers.

Manage follow-up processes and research leads using online resources

Consistently exceed monthly performance targets and required daily key performance indicators
Utilize proven sales process and techniques
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Required Skills & Experience

2 years sales experience
Cold-calling experience is preferred
Must be tech savvy (experience using CRM, Microsoft Office, or VOIP system is a plus)
This position is work from home, but Texas, Utah or Florida residency is required.
