Lead With You I am Jessica Holcomb, Broker/Owner of White Glove Realty, White Glove Design, and Lead with You. I started my career in 1999 selling New Construction homes and spent 10 years being trained by the most respected in the industry. In 2008 I obtained my real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty.
There I served on the Associate Leadership Council and led many book clubs on growing your business as well as taught classes for new agents. I started my own team in 2011 and then branded it as White Glove Realty in 2013. In 2015 I obtained my brokers license and went out on my own and opened our boutique brokerage White Glove Realty. We have steadily maintained a high level of service to our clients and continue to grow year by year. We currently serve the Houston and surrounding metropolitan areas. With my background in new construction and sales and marketing, I launched another business, White Glove Design. A fresh take on marketing, design, and inspiration for the home and business. My keen eye has helped many achieve the highest return on investment. Many times minor tweaks and staging tips can bring a faster sale and/or more money for the homeowner or business owner. I have created my own best practices through on-going weekly training meetings with my team. My passion is inspiring and motivating others to achieve their highest version of excellence. In 2020 I launched Lead with You, a Real Estate and business training/coaching company. I authored and teach a TX CE approved course called Selling New Construction. As a member of White Glove Realty my agents have access to all of these courses at all times. All 3 companies assist and align with the overall vision of creating opportunities for a higher level of excellence in business and the home. With over 2 decades of sales training and experience selling homes I have compiled all of the best practices and incorporated them into ongoing training at my brokerage as well as online courses.
