Lead With You I am Jessica Holcomb, Broker/Owner of White Glove Realty, White Glove Design, and Lead with You. I started my career in 1999 selling New Construction homes and spent 10 years being trained by the most respected in the industry. In 2008 I obtained my real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty.

There I served on the Associate Leadership Council and led many book clubs on growing your business as well as taught classes for new agents. I started my own team in 2011 and then branded it as White Glove Realty in 2013. In 2015 I obtained my brokers license and went out on my own and opened our boutique brokerage White Glove Realty. We have steadily maintained a high level of service to our clients and continue to grow year by year. We currently serve the Houston and surrounding metropolitan areas. With my background in new construction and sales and marketing, I launched another business, White Glove Design. A fresh take on marketing, design, and inspiration for the home and business. My keen eye has helped many achieve the highest return on investment. Many times minor tweaks and staging tips can bring a faster sale and/or more money for the homeowner or business owner. I have created my own best practices through on-going weekly training meetings with my team. My passion is inspiring and motivating others to achieve their highest version of excellence. In 2020 I launched Lead with You, a Real Estate and business training/coaching company. I authored and teach a TX CE approved course called Selling New Construction. As a member of White Glove Realty my agents have access to all of these courses at all times. All 3 companies assist and align with the overall vision of creating opportunities for a higher level of excellence in business and the home. I am truly humbled that those have chosen to join me on this journey. Creating a beautiful environment of success and fulfillment. Balancing our work or what I call service in our life, truly creates Life Work Balance. With over 2 decades of sales training and experience selling homes I have compiled all of the best practices and incorporated them into ongoing training at my brokerage as well as online courses. Are you even a Realtor if you push listings off market? Or are you an investor? There is a difference!

Are you even a Realtor if you try to sell your listings off market?

Always list it on the open market you will get more for your seller - which we have a fiduciary duty to.

I have 2 stories proving this;
I marketed an off market fixer upper with a price of $115k to investor groups, contacts, etc.
we received 5 offers with the highest at 106k.
The seller decided to see what we could get on mls. We got about 15 more offers and negotiated for highest and best and got an offer and closed it at 125k!

Another client didn’t want their home to be on the mls or have a sign in the yard.
An agent / investor offered to buy it for $103k and after marketing it to investor groups and our contacts we received an offer for $135k.

We as agents have the tools necessary to get our sellers the highest and best and taking it to one investor is not in the sellers best interest in any scenario.
