Real Estate Company seeking energetic Administrative Assistant to help with day to day operations of the company. Willing to train. Must be able to multitask and manage your time effectively. Needs to be outgoing, have a great personality, and have a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Answer and make phone calls to prospective and existing buyers, sellers.
Assist in Marketing campaigns and Follow up sequences.
Help set appointments for sales team, and keep updated company calendar
Prepare and distribute letters, postcards, emails, texts to home sellers
Assist Transaction Coordinator in maintaining the filling system for all properties
Assist in scheduling and showing of all properties
Assist with on site marketing efforts for all properties
Coordinate property showings /appointments with realtors
Print, scan, email, and organize documents in a timely fashion
Perform other office work as necessary
Research Title history, County Records, Tax Records
Requirements:
Ability to implement current systems
Good Phone communication skills
Organization and time management skills
Must dress and act in a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be willing to work 9am-5pm, and be punctual
Must have dependable vehicle
Willingness to travel to different locations in greater Houston area to assist with showing and marketing of properties
Sales experience preferred
Must have Reliable own Transportation.
