Existing-home sales faded in September, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. Among the four major U.S. regions, sales rose in the Northeast but receded in the Midwest, South and West. All four regions registered year-over-year sales declines. We are still in a Sellers market. Remember, we need at least 6 months of inventory in order to balance the real estate market.📈

📈The CPI inflation report came out yesterday, and things are not looking good. The 3 things that trigger the inflation to rise again were Shelter, Gas, and Foods. The only good thing that came back cheaper were Used Trucks and Eggs🥚 Let's hope and see if the Feds don't spike up the rates again next month.
