September 11 is more than a date in history. It is a reminder of lives lost, families forever changed, heroes who ran toward danger, and a nation that discovered just how much strength can be found in standing together.

As a wife, mother, community servant, and New York Life Partner, my heart is especially drawn to the families. Behind every name was someone’s spouse, parent, child, sibling, friend, or colleague. More than two decades later, we honor not only those we lost, but those who have carried their absence every day since.

May we never become so busy that we forget to value the people we love, serve our neighbors, and show compassion to one another.

I hope you’ll help me celebrate this exciting new chapter!

One of the very first people I met at New York Life was Kristi Cain. We happened to ride the elevator together on my way to my compensation meeting at the General Office. At the time, neither of us knew that simple conversation would be the beginning of a meaningful connection.

Fast forward to today, and having Kristi be a part of one of the biggest milestones in my NYL career thus far, made this moment even more special!

I am incredibly honored and excited to officially step into my new role as Partner at New York Life. This journey has challenged me, stretched me, and reminded me that the greatest accomplishments are never achieved alone.

Yesterday’s Houston General Office Mid-Year Kickoff at Sugar Creek Country Club felt like the perfect halftime locker room talk.

We celebrated the wins, made the adjustments, refocused on the mission, and walked out ready for a strong second half.
