Becoming a runner is an ideal way to get a foot in the door of a variety of companies. It is a key entry-level position, usually the most junior role in the company, but one which provides the greatest scope to learn about different aspects of the business and on-the-job-training. We are seeking an office assistant/runner who is personable, professional, and dependable. Greet Clients and maintain office operations by assisting staff with general office work, running errands, and providing general clerical and administrative support. Must be able to take initiative and work under little supervision.
The job duties are as listed below but not limited to: Receiving and distributing communications; answering/forwarding calls and taking messages Document handling; copying, faxing, scanning, and filing Maintain upkeep of communal areas including reception Run local errands and tax office runs as needed. Able to plan for most expedient routs through town. Manage Invoices and paperwork. Aid Manager on duty with any projects and other duties as requested. Data entry Scheduling appointments. Pick up/drop off company cars for routine maintenance. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. Relevant customer service experience.

Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must be willing and able to pass a complete background check .Must have a clean driving record. Must have own means of reliable transportation and provide proof of insurance Bilingual Spanish / English Strong verbal and communication skills (including phone etiquette) Ability to multitask, Attention to detail Reliability Professional personal appearance and presentation.
