Two breakfasts, plenty of coffee, and some very good conversations about the quarter ahead. ☕

Yesterday and today, our team met in two larger groups before the usual pace of the workday took over. We reflected on the progress we made last quarter, talked through the areas where we can maintain our momentum, and made sure we are aligned on what matters most moving forward.

Our main topic was how communication and collaboration across our team have continued to evolve. We shared what is working well, where greater coordination has helped us work more efficiently, and how being more intentional about when and how we collaborate can make a meaningful difference for both our team and our clients.

It is easy to stay focused on the work directly in front of us. These mornings help us lift our heads, look at the bigger picture, and make sure our efforts continue moving in the same direction.

Adrian teaches ballet, knits, hikes, camps, travels, and follows hockey. We’re honestly not sure how one person became this interesting, but Adrian always seems ready to learn something new or head out on another adventure.

Just as impressive is the way Adrian shows up for others. Even with plenty on Adrian’s own plate, Adrian will go out of the way to help a teammate, answer a question, or make someone else’s job a little easier.

Abby is sharp, witty, and almost impossible to beat at Jeopardy or trivia. She always has a great book recommendation, can figure out nearly anything, and has a special appreciation for miniature items and clever gadgets. She also has an incredible nose for fragrance and a knack for finding the best perfumes and scents!

Beyond being incredibly smart and funny, Abby is thoughtful, kind, and always willing to help. She brings plenty of personality and curiosity to our team, and we’re very lucky to have her.

Most people know Crystal as an incredibly dedicated advisor and the leader guiding our practice forward. She works hard, cares deeply, and brings an incredible amount of thought and passion to everything she takes on.

But there is much more to Crystal than her work ethic (and impeccable style!). She loves being outdoors with a camera in hand, photographing birds, enjoying the rodeo, and listening to country music. Virginia is always working toward something, whether she’s setting a new goal for herself, running another 5K for a cause she cares about, or planning her next adventure.

She brings that same vigor to the people around her. Virginia leads with compassion, shows up consistently, and genuinely roots for others to succeed. She is thoughtful, practical, very funny, and always ready to encourage someone else as they work toward a goal of their own.

Her love of Disney is only rivaled by her love of cruising, particularly when the two come together. At this point, “cruising queen” is less of a nickname and more of an official title. 🚢✨
