Aspire Wealth Advisors

Aspire Wealth Advisors Cultivating relationships with those we influence by helping them create the life they ASPIRE to live Most planners start with the numbers. We don’t.

Aspire Wealth Advisors is a team of individuals who seek to impart meaningful change in their communities, their families, our firm and with our clients. Our clients rely on us not just because of what we do, but because of who we are. We are intentional leaders and matter to the people we serve. Jimmy Siegel and David Higgins, founding partners of Aspire Wealth Advisors, have been with Northwestern Mutual since 2007 & 2010. Jimmy & David formed Aspire Wealth Advisors in 2019 with the purpose of building a firm that delivers a “boutique” financial planning experience alongside the financial strength of a Fortune 100 financial institution. Aspire Wealth Advisors provides all financial planning and asset management services turn-key and in-house, because we know that our clients value simplicity in their lives without sacrificing results. Our focus is to ensure you’re successful by making wise decisions with your wealth – and that means how you use and protect your assets. As a result, our work is highly personalized, and we consult with a limited number of individuals and families so that we can tailor our recommendations to your specific needs and priorities. We’re focused on results, rather than ideas, investment models, etc. We emphasize progress toward achieving clear Goals that lead to a meaningful Vision. We begin with Discovering WHAT matters to you and WHY it’s important, and finish with a plan that respects and reflects that. Aspire Wealth Advisors Team:

Uncertainty is certain. That's not a reason to abandon a plan, it's the reason to have one.

People often ask us to predict what's next for the market or the economy. What they're really asking is what we'll do about it. We spend very little time on predictions and a lot of time building plans that hold up either way.

If you've been waiting for the world to feel stable before you invest, you're going to be waiting forever. Think about the last 25 years. Wars, recessions, a pandemic, elections that were supposed to change everything. Through all of it, the S&P 500 still grew roughly 7x, averaging more than 8% a year.

The market was never really the risk. The risk is what happens in us during the crisis, whether we get emotional and jump ship or stay logical and stick to the plan.

Stability isn't something the world hands you. It's something you build, one steady decision at a time. Let's start a conversation.

What's your largest asset?

Most people say their home. For clients still in their accumulation years, it's actually their income. It's the asset that makes everything else possible, and more often than not, it's worth protecting.

Let's start a conversation about what that protection could look like for you.

We get this question a lot from clients who've built real wealth: Do I still need an emergency fund if I have plenty of assets?

The answer comes down to liquidity, not net worth. Having assets is not the same as having quick access to cash when you need it. In this video, we talk through why we recommend keeping 3 to 6 months of expenses in an emergency fund, and how that safety net can actually let you invest more confidently, not less.

Peace of mind is part of the plan. Reach out if you'd like to talk through your situation.

What does a financial advisor actually add, beyond managing your money?

A recent Vanguard study found that things like rebalancing, behavioral coaching, tax-smart asset location, and a solid retirement spending strategy can add up to roughly 3% in net returns. It's not about beating the market. It's about the decisions along the way.

Let's start a conversation about what that guidance could look like for you.

Your financial plan can do more than grow your wealth. It can support the causes you actually care about.

Charitable gifting comes up in a lot of our conversations, especially around big liquidity events. There are ways to make giving more tax efficient, like bunching gifts into a single year, and tools like donor advised funds that let you give across multiple organizations and create impact for years to come.

Giving well takes the same intention as planning well. Reach out if you'd like to talk through your situation.

Happy National Book Lovers Day from the Aspire team! 📚

There's something telling about the books people love. Thrillers, memoirs, fantasy worlds, hard earned lessons on leadership. What's on your nightstand right now?

Trump Accounts are new, and a lot of parents have questions.

Alongside 529 plans and UTMAs, they're becoming another option for setting your child up for the future. They start with $1,000, grow tax-deferred, and eventually convert into a pre-tax IRA in your child's name, which is an important detail for tax planning.

Knowing the differences between your options helps you invest more efficiently. Let's start a conversation about what makes sense for your family.

If you can't describe your advisor's values, can you really trust that your plan reflects yours?

A lot of clients come to us managing money with someone they barely know. We think that's backwards. Values like , authenticity, and dependability aren't just words for us, they shape how we build and execute your plan.

Connect with our team if you'd like to talk about what really goes into your financial plan.
