Proud to be a mom to the most amazing little boy. I recently asked a class of college students what the minimum down payment was on a home loan. Many of them assumed it was 20% and were surprised to learn there are loan programs that they could qualify for to put less money down and achieve the dream of homeownership sooner than previously thought.
