What does "In your home, out of your mortgage" mean?

Great question. In most cases, a mortgage must be used to acquire the funds needed to purchase a property. The most common mortgages are fixed rate 30 year terms.

Homeownership is beautiful. Equity is beautiful. The mortgage is not. Mortgages are consumer debt and though very necessary, consumer debt is the greatest killer of retirement and financial freedom.

So I get you in your home, and I then create a strategy to get you out of your mortgage in far less than 30 years.
