Ha Ho’s background is one of many unique moments and relationships that have created a unique story that would make Hollywood proud. His Father was #15 of 18 siblings, and a successful fighter pilot during the Vietnam War.
His proudest accomplishments include being a present Father of 3 boys, running 5 marathons in a year, and a single day 158 mile bicycle ride.

Ha worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years, 17 proudly with Jason’s Deli. From that experience, he transitioned into the Print and Promotional business 13 years ago. Ha’s journey into PFA started when his identical Twin brother and Sister in Law first joined. He draws from his mastery of Servant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence to help Team Glory and leading a small team of his own recruits.

"I started my PFA journey over 15 years ago when I was a full time college student and a manager at an IT company.

Like many, achieving financial freedom and building a business is also a dream of mine.

I thought to myself that If I can make $100,000 a year in PFA, It would be a dream come true. Little did I know, ahead of me awaits so much more!

Through hard work, determination, and achieving many of PFA’s generous recognitions such as Presidential Rolex Watch, 10 Diamond Million Dollar Club ring, Million Dollars baseshop - Black Jacket , 1 decade of Deferred Compensation qualification, NLG diamond club member multiple times, 2025 Elite Trip winner. I’m an Executive Field Director and the founder of team Legacy Titans with 30+ SQFD/QFD+, produced 25 PFA Diamond Ring earners, 150+ active agents and founder of Houston office.

🎤 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲: 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐋𝐈
Cherry used to be a senior IT manager worked for a large oil and gas company for 21 years. Back in May 2016, she joined PFA as a part-timer to support her husband exploring this opportunity as well. She loved the products and enjoyed doing this business but did not really take it serious until May 2019. Due to the company strategy change in IT dept and oil and gas industry going weak, she witnessed 3 rounds of big laid-off which triggered her to reevaluate current W2 job, realized W2 is just temporarily secure. What she made and where she was are the glass ceiling at corporate already. Hence, she decided to build a more promising future with PFA in life insurance industry. During the pandemic, she became Qualified Field Director, got her first diamond ring, won the Dubai and Germany trips, also won multiple deferred compensations and bonus pools. She became a strong Certified Field Trainer and leader helped many new agents growing up. She eventually quit her job at corporate in Nov 2021, now full time with PFA, so can have more time devoted to her team and clients!

"A Journey of Love, Loss, and Leadership 🌿

After 30 years in the “safety zone” of a stable 9-to-5 job- including 17 years as an Assistant Director in a Pediatric office- she made a life changing decision.

As a mother of two grown children (now 31 and 23). For the past 15 years, she has dedicated her weekends to teaching Vietnamese to children, preserving heritage and giving back to the community. Outside of work, Chau finds joy in the art of beautiful cooking, skincare, and a constant drive toward positive living and a prosperous lifestyle.

But her path to financial leadership was born from a painful “wake-up call”. Everything was shaken when she lost a 15-year insurance plan due to a lack of professional financial knowledge. That setback became her mission: To ensure no other family has to face the same loss.

Cherry used to be a senior IT manager worked for a large oil and gas company for 21 years. Back in May 2016, she joined PFA as a part-timer to support her husband exploring this opportunity as well. She loved the products and enjoyed doing this business but did not really take it serious until May 2019. Due to the company strategy change in IT dept and oil and gas industry going weak, she witnessed 3 rounds of big laid-off which triggered her to reevaluate current W2 job, realized W2 is just temporarily secure. What she made and where she was are the glass ceiling at corporate already. Hence, she decided to build a more promising future with PFA in life insurance industry. During the pandemic, she became Qualified Field Director, got her first diamond ring, won the Dubai and Germany trips, also won multiple deferred compensations and bonus pools. She became a strong Certified Field Trainer and leader helped many new agents growing up. She eventually quit her job at corporate in Nov 2021, now full time with PFA, so can have more time devoted to her team and clients!

"I started my PFA journey over 15 years ago when I was a full time college student and a manager at an IT company.

Like many, achieving financial freedom and building a business is also a dream of mine.

I thought to myself that If I can make $100,000 a year in PFA, It would be a dream come true. Little did I know, ahead of me awaits so much more!

Through hard work, determination, and achieving many of PFA’s generous recognitions such as Presidential Rolex Watch, 10 Diamond Million Dollar Club ring, Million Dollars baseshop - Black Jacket , 1 decade of Deferred Compensation qualification, NLG diamond club member multiple times, 2025 Elite Trip winner.
