He’s 100% right! Because Housing Needs is as much a necessity as Funeral Services. If you’re waiting to buy a house because of interest rates. You’ll be paying more for the property anyway that’s how it works. Low interest rates. People willing to pay more for houses, which in turn raises property values. Because we, the people dictate the value of anything and everything. Just cuz you’re not willing to spend it, doesn’t mean someone else won’t, which now means the price point you were comfortable at, just took a hit.
