🔹 The main programs are TDHCA (Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs) and TSAHC (Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation). They provide various assistance options funded by the federal government.

🔹 Good news for credit-conscious buyers! Most programs require a credit score of 620 or 640, depending on the program.
